Embodied Ascension – A Poem About Activating the Alta Major Chakra

Oh, the alta major chakra, little-known and grand,
At the base of the skull, it does firmly stand.
It offers a portal to guidance divine,
Connecting us with our true purpose and design.

With the vagus nerve and brain stem it does align,
Creating a triad that can shift our whole mind.
Embodied ascension it can help us achieve,
Unleashing the divine that in us does weave.

It's a nexus within our nervous system,
Supporting us in challenges, so we don't succumb.
Through it, we gain access to our Higher Self,
And a deeper awareness of our true wealth.

As we prime our physical and etheric,
We can safely activate it, and the esoteric.
Our whole physiology can then transform,
As we access new pathways that will inform.

Our ego becomes a teacher, as we learn to hear,
Our true intuitive signals, ever so clear.
Through energetic hygiene, we can heal and intend,
Catalyzing our higher knowing to extend.

So let us step through the hidden doorway,
To divine consciousness and a new way.
The alta major chakra, a portal indeed,
To higher guidance, health, and healing we need.
