Your Worth Is Not Defined By Your Weight – Guest Post by Nick Ortner
How do you feel about your body in this very moment?
Are you proud of your body, or do you try to hide it? Do you feel free in your body, or do you feel trapped?
Are you happy when you look in the mirror, or does it create stress for you?

Do you feel any other negative emotions when you think about your body, like guilt, anxiety, anger or sadness?
Women in our society have a tremendous amount of pressure on them (and men as well, it's just more pronounced for women) when it comes to their weight.
They're constantly inundated with images of skinny women in magazines and on TV. Obesity rates have skyrocketed in the US and around the world.
But beyond the physical weight, there has been a huge amount of emotional weight put on by women in recent years.
One of the things that I love about my sister Jessica's work with weight loss is that she puts a huge emphasis on body confidence, something that is almost completely ignored by the billion-dollar weight loss industry.
Jessica has always made it a point to stress one important point when it comes to this topic and that's that “Your weight does not define your worth.”
She shares that the more we lose our confidence and sense of self-worth, the more difficult it becomes to take care of our ourselves and our bodies.
Remember… You can't shame yourself thin…
Or criticize yourself thin…
Or guilt yourself thin…
Or hate yourself thin.
None of those things work. But you can use love, gratitude, joy, hope, self-acceptance, and other positive emotions to allow your body to release weight.
And by using Tapping, you can release decades of stuck negative emotions, limiting beliefs, and even traumas from your past.
If you haven't already, be sure to read her free eBook.
Until next time,
Keep Tapping!
