Meet Your Hosts – Drs. Karin and Rick Dina
Drs. Karin and Rick Dina have been studying and practicing whole food plant-based nutrition with a focus on fresh fruits and vegetables for over 30 years each – that's over 60 years of experience between them. Their approach to nutrition is heavily based on peer-reviewed research.
They created and taught the Science of Raw Food Nutrition™ series of classes at a well-known raw food plant-based culinary school in northern California for 10 years. Before starting their own chiropractic and nutrition practice they studied and worked at respected institutions such as the True North Health Center, helping patients recover from high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, and other nutritionally related health challenges.
