How often do we find ourselves fighting for or against something or someone? Even if we don't do this consciously, most of us do it unconsciously.

The habit stems from early childhood when we were too little to have control over our lives. We would ask for what we wanted. Then if we didn't get it, we'd try manipulation, tantrums, and of course fighting with our words or even our bodies.
