She regularly enjoys long weekends skiing, seeing live music, rooting for the NY Yankees, spending time with family and friends and enjoying an active Northern California lifestyle with her husband.

Michelle began coaching in 1998 and has received training from Coach U, Corporate Coach U, the Graduate School of Coaching, BusinessCoach.com, Experts Academy, High Performance Academy and many others. She holds a B.A. from Brown University, is a member of the International Coach Federation and has spoken at dozens of coaching events and conferences worldwide.
